This is one of my favorite ways to elevate a cheese plate in the Spring or Summertime. The fresh herbs and lemon brighten up the flavors and add a nice contrast against the creamy feta and greek yogurt. Serve this on a plate with toasted pita, chips, raw veggies - you name it! This recipe was inspired by the amazing Tyrokafteri dip from one of my favorite Greek restaurants, Ela Taverna in Brooklyn. Classic Greek Tyrokafteri blends together red pepper and banana peppers for that spicy feta bite. With this recipe, I replaced the spice with herbs and lemon! Both ways are delicious, I can eat this dip with a spoon. Anyways, here’s the recipe!
